My life has changed tremendously the last 30 days. In order; I came out about my struggle with depression, co-hosted my first tech event outside of the US with Tech Inclusion London. Melinda and traveled the UK (London, Manchester, Bath, Edinburgh Scotland,) for three weeks. I experienced Hamilton West End. Then Melinda and I got married. 2016 Theme, Goals and Accomplishments… it starts with “Writing”

It's January 1, 2016. Happy New Year everyone. We have survived another year and getting ready to start our life adventures with a new hope for the next 365 days. For 2015 I had a theme for the year which was to "Be Consistent". I would say the year turned out well and I was consistent enough to reach most of my goals for the year. The one goal I wasn't consistent enough on was to write more.

Therefore starting today, "Write" will be my 2016 theme, goal and what I'm going to accomplish in the next 365 days. Here's to day one!

Staying Focused By Creating A No List

Today I was thinking about how many different thoughts I have to process around various projects and how that's not a good thing. I want to be clearly focused on one project and goal. Therefore today I made a "No list".

The "No list" is basically a reverse engineered decision making process to say No to anything that doesn't directly or indirectly align with my four main projects/objectives.
