Today I was thinking about how many different thoughts I have to process around various projects and how that’s not a good thing. I want to be clearly focused on one project and goal. Therefore today I made a “No list”.
The “No list” is basically a reverse engineered decision making process to say No to anything that doesn’t directly or indirectly align with my four main projects/objectives. Which are BUILDUP, a diversity and inclusion conference I’m co-organizing, generating wealth and impact in the tech diversity and inclusion space for minority tech founders.
If it doesn’t align with any of the four above, the answer is no.
