The 2015 Tech Inclusion Conference featured over 137 speakers, over 1000 attendees, several workshops and a career fair with 27 companies. It was a two day, two track conference. We learned a lot since planning last year’s conference, such as more talks about accessibility which lead to the Ability In Tech Summit and taking into consideration one of the biggest requests from attendees last year; a larger space. We’re excited to host the 2016 conference at the Innovation Hangar. Our goal is to double attendance from the 2015 conference.
The Theme for Tech Inclusion 2016 Conference is Inclusive and Sustainable Innovation and will be held on October 26th — 27th. We’re almost three months away from the conference and today excited to share the Tech Inclusion Conference 2016 Programming Agenda.
The 2016 Tech Inclusion Conference, will be a two day, three track conference and feature over 100 speakers. We’re bringing back the FREE Career Fair on day two of the conference, October 27th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Like our New York conference held in June, the 2016 Tech Inclusion Conference will feature a startup showcase with ten startups pitching to investors. Also, new this year, we’re adding investor office hours, live podcast recording, lunch time meditation. Workshops during last year’s conference were very popular, and we’ll continue to provide several workshops throughout the two-day event.
